We want you to cherish your DÔEN pieces for years to come, but if an item isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
